Ore Bio Enzyme
Meaning of OBE masterbatch
0BE masterbatch is a selected indigenous bacterial growth factor (a type of Bacillus) with high temperature resistance. It is coated with lactic acid film, chitin, etc. in extremely anaerobic and high-temperature environments to withstand a high temperature of 340C without damaging its components. This results in the production of indigenous bacterial growth factor particle capsules. The particle capsules, PE/PP, and modified ore powder are then mixed and granulated to produce 0BE masterbatch, which can be biodegraded by microorganisms in natural ecological environments.
Key components of OBE masterbatch
Ore Bio Enzyme Biodegradable Masterbatch
Modified mining powder
calcite
Carrier of biological agents
Indigenous bacterial activators (biological enzymes)
Fermented fruit residue

Natural infiltration with adhesive
Polyglutamic acid
Covering film
Nano chitosan adhesive
Shrimp and crab shells
2-Aminoglucose
Mechanism of OBE ecological microbial degradation
1. When bag films and other products containing 0BE masterbatch are discarded in the natural environment for two months, the biological enzymes in the bag film "awaken" and feed on the carbon source, gradually transforming the large molecules of PE/PP into small molecules.
2. Different OBE products gradually decompose into thinner and finer flakes or smaller powder particles. At the same time, biological enzymes attract indigenous bacteria in the soil to gather and add decomposition. Various microorganisms and young animals in the ecological environment consume, digest, and degrade the bag film powder particles, excreting inorganic salts, feces, water, and gases. This allows the high molecular weight PE/PP to eventually dissolve into the ecological environment and become harmless substances.
3. Simple summary: It refers to the microbial ecological degradation process of PE/PP products containing biological enzymes in natural ecological environments, which is basically the same as the microbial ecological degradation process of hydrocarbon substances such as animal carcasses in natural ecological environments.
